1.   Due to the nature of our best hypoallergenic Silk pillows, Silk Bolsters, and their cases, our return policies are strictly applied

2.   All return requests must be submitted to our customer care within 30 days of your order being delivered. As soon as we received your request, we will send you the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

3.   No return accepted without the RMA number

4.   Return product(s) must never have been worn, never been washed, and in the  same condition as they were received.

5.   All products have to be returned with original tags that are still attached and in their original packaging. Otherwise, we will not accept any returned merchandise.

6.   Customers responsible for shipment charges of all the returned products.
